This document includes operational <br />analytical data and environmental ground water monitoring data collected and compiled <br />during our fourth quarter of operations, October 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001. <br />The ground water data summary report is spiral bound as anon-confidential document and <br />includes a comparison of the 5th operational quarter with baseline and operational general <br />statistics prior to the current reporting period. In addition, the tables provide information <br />for comparison of Ground Water Standards as provided in Regulation No. 41 of the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Water Quality Control Commission <br />and Numeric Protective Levels and Early Warning Indicators. <br />Comparison of the data values with the Early Warning Indicators (EWI~ and the Numeric <br />Protective Levels [NPL) is showing some values slightly above the established limits. These <br />values are summarized in Table 1 and highlighted in red in each of the summary tables <br />within the document. Included with this letter are three graphs illustrating the locations and <br />constituents that are elevated above the established Numeric Protective Levels at the <br />designated point of compliance.
