The Impoundment Location Map (Attachment A) details the location of <br />each impoundment inspected. Quarterly Pond Inspection Reports (Attachment B) document water <br />level, sediment level, outflow, and required maintenance cited per inspection. <br />The inspections were performed on March 20, 2006 by field inspector Chris Miller. The site was <br />covered with one foot of snow and all structures were functioning as designed at inspection. There <br />is currently no maintenance scheduled.
