All storm and snowmelt
runoff has passed without incident. All dams have functioned as designed.
All dams having the culvert principal spillway design (Johnson #6, Johnson #10, No Name #2, and No
Name #4) are functioning properly and show no evidence of piping. Additionally, there are no other struc-
tural orerosional problems to report.
In accordance with Colorado regulation 4.05.6(13), all sedimentation ponds shall be examined by a qualified
registered professional engineer or other qualified individual under their direction. Indeed all ponds were
inspected by a competent, qualified impoundment inspector and the results of his inspection findings have
been reviewed by me.
All problems concerning the ice buildup in Johnson Gulch Dam #6 have been corrected. There have been
no discharges other than as designed through the siphon system. The overall hazard potential for all struc-
tures is 111E (MSI-IA) - meaning a minimal possbiliry of failure, and the low potential for injury and/or loss
of property if a failure should occur.
Please call Bill Agnew or me if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerety,
times M.
