It would appear appropriate~to have the <br />meeting to discuss any remaining issues early in 1998. We do note that survey coSr~IiitaYes, <br />elevations, and maps locating monitoring points have been provided to the Office of Mined Land <br />Reclamation ("Office") by the Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company ("CC&V"). <br />Water levels and water quality data are reported to the Office quarterly. Well depths are <br />incorporated in the well location number.
