The beneficial use of water (agricultural, cattle stock tank and irrigation) from Pond T-2 at North
Thompson Creek was discussed with Jon Kubic, CDPHE today. He was awaze of the use. The
use is exempt from their regulation as the water taken is not a discharge (into the waterway).
