Cattany <br />Division DireROr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s First Quarter 2007 Sediment Pond Inspection reports. <br />Trapper Mining Inc.'s first quarter 2007 sediment pond reports were received by the Division on Apri12, <br />2007. Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). Sediment pond inspections <br />were conducted by TMI on February 14`h, 15~', and Mazch 27, 2007. <br />Four ponds were reported dischazging at the NPDES point at the time they were inspected. These ponds <br />include No Name No. 5R, Johnson l OR, East Pyeatt No. 3, and Middle Flume No. 3 Pond. Dischazges <br />were all minimal. Ponds were mostly snow covered or frozen.
