In addition to completing re-notification and re-publication <br />procedures as specified in Rule 1.6, please be aware that if any surface owners, easement <br />owners, and owners of permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected land are <br />different than what was submitted in the approved application, then new maps and exhibits will <br />need to be submitted to the Division.
