Ponds A (Outfall 001), B (Ouffall 003), D (Ouffall 005), and E (Ouffall 006) discharged during this period. However,
freeilnq conditions oree•ented measurement of flows discharging from the Pond H iiumP N„ narmit ;:.-:i;ation exceedPnr:...
occurred during this quarter.
Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were conducted in October for Outfall 001 and 005, indicating no toxicity to P.
Promelas or C. Dubia. The "Concentration with Statistically Significant Difference in Lethality" was >100% for both species at
each Outfall. Copies of the CDPS W ET Test Report Forms for both species are included with this submittal.
The WET tests conducted this quarter required extra visits to these sites, thus producing additional field parameter values
which were calculated into the statistics reported on the DMRs.
Outfalls 001, 005 and 007 are being tested for Hardness in addition to the required parameters, however, as noted below, 007
did not discharge and was omitted for this period. A copy of those results is included in this submittal.
Outfalls 002, 004, 007, 008 and 009 tlid not discharge; and therefore have no chemical or toxicological tests during this period.
Ouffall 020 has not been constructed yet; therefore there is no discharge to enable chemical or toxicological testing to date.
Outfalls 010, 016 and 017 have been eliminated from this permit. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following
certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls which did not discharge.
CERTIFICATION
I ceRily under penalty o/law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; ane
based on my inquiry o/ those individuals responsible /or obtaining the information, I believe the submittetl information is
true, accurate, and complete.
