Pope. <br />Item 13 - Application Fee <br />1. A check for the additional $8.00 to achieve the $125.00 <br />required fee will be submitted by Aug. 15, 1986. <br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />1. The previously disturbed area is included in the Permit <br />boundary. See amended map Exhibit C attached. <br />2. N/A <br />3. Topsoil presently stockpiled on the pit perimeter and future <br />topsoil salvaged will be stockpiled within the south west corner <br />of the Permit boundary. <br />4.
