All storm runoff
has passed without an incident. All dams, including dam #9 in Johnson Gulch, have
functioned as designed. The reconstruction of Johnson Gulch pond #9 was completed
the first week of October 1991.
All other dams having the culvert principal spillway design (Johnson #10, No Name #2
and No Name #4) are functioning properly and show no evidence of piping. Additionally,
there are no other structural or erosional problems to report. The overall hazard
potential for all structures is rated 111E (MSHA); meaning a minimal possibility of failure
and a low potential for injury and/or loss of property if a failure should occur.
Please call if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
~~~~~ ~~
~ll4GGl.
William Agne U
Sr. Environmental Engineer
Attachment
WA/Ikw/026
pc: J.
