The reports have been prepared as <br />required by Rule 4.05.6(13). Twentymile Coal Company's reports noted superficial cracking in the <br />embankments of Ponds T and C. Twentymile Coal Company's reports do not indicate that [he cracks are <br />a structural concern. Monitoring of these cracks should continue.
