III III IIIiIIIIII III Doc Date:12H112001 <br />S~~' <br />RULE 2 MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS <br />The_miscellaneous_requrements of Rule 2 include the following: <br />2.07 Public Participation and Approval of Permit Applications <br />Colowyo will comply with the appropriate requirements generated by <br />Section 2.07. <br />2.08 Permit Reviews. Revisions and Renewals. and Transfer, Sale <br />and Assignment <br />Colowyo is applying for both a permit renewal and permit Revision <br />for an additional five year term of Permit No. C-81-019 under the <br />requirements of Rule 2.08.5. The permit revision provides for the <br />extension of the mining and reclamation operation beyond the <br />boundaries authorized under the existing permit. Colowyo is <br />applying for renewal of the existing Permit No. C-81-019, which <br />was approved on November 4, 1982 for an initial five-year permit <br />term with the right-of-successive renewal for that portion of the <br />_ initial life-of-mine plan approved through the year 2017. <br />•J 2.10 Maps and Plans - General Requirements <br />All maps in this submittal are found in Volumes 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. <br />The maps submitted are set forth on a scale of 1" equals 500' or a <br />scale of 1" equals 2000'. <br />All information requested under Section 2.10 has been included on <br />the maps within this submittal. <br />• <br />2-1 <br />
