During this quarter, Three NPDES outfalls were active. <br />Outfall 002 discharged routinely throughout the quarter. Outfall 001 dischazged until the second week <br />of ]une and outfal101 ] discharged unti approximately mid-May. Outfalls 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, <br />010, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 019, and 020 did not discharge during the quarter. Outfal1018 is <br />associated with a sediment pond which has not yet been constructed. No discharge is reported for this <br />outfall. Values reported on the enclosed DMRs represent the maximum (or minimum as applicable) <br />montlily/daily values generated at each outfall during the quarter. <br />Also enclosed are monthly NOAA weather summaries for the reporting period, seep volume data for <br />site 011, and WET test report forms as applicable. Three outfalls were sampled for WET analyses <br />during the quarter. Two species acute tests were completed at outfalls 001 and OI I during the <br />reporting period with a single species acute test (P. promelas) completed at outfall 002. No <br />exceedences of WET test limitations were observed at any tested outfalls. <br />No exceedences of primary effluent limitations occurred at any outfall during the quarter.
