Conditions appeared stable and acceptable. <br />Per the Division's request, five monitoring pins were set in the <br />top of the embankment of Pond 010 and surveyed on November 19, 1996 <br />and again on March 31, 1997. These pins will be surveyed one final <br />time next spring once all snowmelt has occurred. These results will <br />be submitted with either the first or second quarter inspection <br />report based on the date of the survey. <br />The construction of Pond 011 was completed on October 3itl.
