This will <br />allow staff and the applicant time to adequately review and respond to the issues raised. <br />As discussed with the applicant, Banks and Gesso and all other parties, the Pre-Hearing <br />Conference has been scheduled for August 19th. The formal notice is enclosed with this <br />correspondence for your records and scheduling. <br />Please find enclosed copies of all comments received by the Division.
