The valve structure will contain valves, recording <br />facilities, and a wasteway with baffled outlet. <br />(b) Construction of approximately 10.E miles of Mt. Elbert conduit, <br />a 90-inch diameter pipe connecting Valve Structure No. 1 and an <br />existing baffled apron drop into Mt, Elbert forebay dam reservoir. <br />(c) Construction of approximately 0.5 mile of Leadville fish hatchery <br />conduit, a 21-inch-diameter pipe connecting the Leadville fish <br />hatchery turnout to be located on the Mt. Elbert conduit and Valve <br />Structure No. 2. <br />(d) Construction of Valve Structure No. 2 with a regulating tank, control <br />system, -valves, and recording facilities to regulate and record flows <br />into two ponds and an existing pipeline to the Leadville fish hatchery. <br />(e) Construction of Halfmoon diversion structure consisting of drop in- <br />let, sluice pipe, bypass, abutment walls, and electrical equipment <br />house. <br />(f) Construction of approximately 0.6 mile of Halfmoon feeder conduit, <br />60-inch-diameter pipe connecting •Halfmoon diversion and Valve <br />Structure No. 3. <br />(g) Construction of Valve Structure No. 3~which is the link between <br />Halfmoon feeder conduit and Mt. Elbert conduit. The structure has <br />valves and recording facilities for regulating and recording the flow <br />of water from Halfmoon diversion through Halfmoon feeder conduit into <br />Mt. Elbert conduit. <br />(h) Construction of Halfmoon diversion stream gaging station in Halfmoon <br />Creek near the vicinity of Halfmoon diversion. <br />(i) Furnishing and installing piping, valves, gates, and metalwork nec- <br />essary for constructing the above-named structures. <br />
