~ 111 Illllllllllll ~ <br />99g III <br />EXHIBIT B - Mining Plan <br />Topsoil of about 12" will be removed and stockpiled on West part of <br />track. Overburden of about 27" will be removed and stockpiled. Stockpile <br />slopes will be generally about 3:1 which is three to one on side and 4:1 <br />on end. <br />Removal will begin at about the middle of the tract and proceed in an <br />easterly direction. Material will be removed by front end loader. <br />Mining of gravel will be performed to the underlying shell layer, a total <br />depth of about 12 feet. Front end loaders will load gravel into trucks <br />for hauling away of the gravel. A screening plant will not be used. An <br />estimated two acres will be mined per calendar year for a total of about <br />40 cyds/year. <br />Amendments as requested by Bureau of Mined Land Reclamation: <br />1(a) Stockpiles overburden and topsoil will be drilled to 8 lbs. <br />pls forage sorghum.
