iii iiiniiiiiiuiii <br />~- <br />EXHIBIT L <br />RECLAMATION COSTS <br />The following presentation of estimated costs fot the total re- <br />clamation of the Colony project is broken down into three phases. <br />(1) demolition, (2) facilities revegetation and (3) processed <br />shale revegetation. The acreages involved for each aspect are <br />presented. The costs of all revegetation were broken down <br />between material costs and labor costs. <br />This estimate assumes removal of all structurals to 10" below <br />ground level, with items below this level left buzied. The flood <br />control dams, feeder power lines, and a portion of the river water <br />structure will remain for use by others. This estimate was prepared <br />•in 1979 dollars. <br />Table L-1, the demolition estimate, does not include any costs <br />for revegetation of these acres. These figures are presented <br />on Table L-2. The costs for the revegetation and reclamation <br />of the processed shale area are presented on Tattle L-3. <br />The total costs of all reclamation are approximately $92,200,000. <br /> <br />L-1 <br />
