The new due
date requested for your response is December l0, 1997. This change is granted.
For the present, the Division will leave the final decision date, as it is now, for the January 28-29, 1998
Boazd meeting. However, in accordance with Rule 1.4.5(3) and l.8 the Division will most likely
consider your adequacy review response to be an Amendment or Technical Revision which would
constitute a new filing. This could result in new dates being set for the Division's consideration and
for a final decision by the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd. Please refer to the above mentioned
sections of the Construction Rules and Regulations, and take appropriate actioins.
Please call if you have questions.
Sincerely, ~~ ~ /
Larry D.
