Shelton <br />Director <br />RE: Richard Bachmann Pit: request fora succession of operator; <br />Our File M80-112 Adequacy agreements of July 22, 1981. <br />Dear Mr. Borchard: <br />The following are the adequacy agreements reached over the phone on July 22, <br />1981, which allowed for final Board approval. Please notify me immediately <br />if there are any discrepancies, and if not, verify the agreements in writing <br />prior to, or along with, the appropriate bond. <br />1) Operator agrees to a $2500.00 bond. <br />2) Operator will attempt 3:1 slopes where possible. <br />3) Twelve inches of material plus topsoil will be <br />placed over the shale floor of the pi [. <br />4) Topsoil stockpiles will be placed in a locatidn <br />which will reduce unnecessary disturbance to the <br />stockpile as a result of mining related activities. <br />5) Reclamation will occur as mining progresses. <br />If you have any questions, or need further assistance, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Brad Janes <br />Reclamation Specialist <br />BJ:ys <br />
