The Division sent its adequacy review of this NOI application to <br />Colorado Coal Resources LLC on July 6, 2007. We received responses to our letter on July 11, 2007, <br />July 13, 2007, and July 18, 2007, as well as a bond in the amount of $32,224 on July 18, 2007. <br />All adequacy issues raised in our July 6, 2007, letter have been satisfactorily addressed. You will <br />receive our Acceptance (approval) Form for the Cow Camp Underground Project NOI under separate <br />cover.
