Doc Date:12/11/2001 III I II I II I II IIII III <br />999 <br />• <br />RULE 2 -PERMIT <br />2.10 -MAPS AND PLANS <br />The following subsections S,imm~n~r the requirements for mapping information to be included in <br />the pemtit document, reference the specific maps providing the required information, and address the <br />pemut approach relative to applicable regulatory requirements for supervision of map preparation <br />and map review and certification. <br />2.10.1 -GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Relevanc permit information, including information on properly ownership, environmental resources, <br />and mining and reclamation operations, is graphically illustrated by appropriate figures and maps, as <br />referenced and described in the text of the pemtit document. All maps and figures are presented at <br />an appropriate scale to clearly show the relevant information and all maps include pertinent <br />information on topography, drainage, and features as well as Mine Permit and lease boundaries. <br />2.10.2 -PERMIT AND ADJACENT AREAS <br />The Mme Plan Map, (Map 2.05-M2), shows the location and sequencing of historic, ongoing, and <br />planned tnining operations, with sufficient information to clearly distinguish between Pre-Law (prior <br />to August 3, 1977), Interim Program (between August 3, 1977 and May 3, 1978), and Permanent <br />Program (subsequent to May 3, 1978) disturbances. <br />• 2.10.3 -SPECIFIC INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS <br />The permit maps and figures, as referenced by the List of Figures and List of Maps in this pemtit <br />document, specifically provide the following information required under applicable provisions of this <br />section (relevant maps referenced): <br />• Surface and mineral ownership and boundaries within and contiguous to Permit Area <br />(Surface and Mineral Ownership Map, (Map 2.03-M1)). <br />• Boundaries of lands where OMI holds legal right of entry (Surface and Mineral Ownership <br />MaP~ ~P 2.03-M1)). <br />• Boundaries, sequence, and timing for rrtirting activities and affected areas over life of mine, <br />(Mute Plan Map, (Map 2.05-M2)). <br />• Locations of buildings within 1,000 feet of Pemtit Area and their current use (General <br />Facihties Map, (Map 2.05-M1), Facility Detail Maps, (Map series 2.05-M3x), and Exhibit 2.05- <br />E 1, Facilities Design) <br />• Locations of all surface and subsurface tnamrrade features within, passing through, and <br />passing over the Permit Area (General Facilities Map, (Map 2.05-M1), Facility Detail Maps, <br />(Map series 2.05-M3x), and Exhibit 2.05-E 1, Facilities Design) <br />• Public roads in or within 100 feet of the Perrnit Area (General Facilities Map, (Map 2.05- <br />• Ml), Facility Detail Maps, (Map series 2.05-M3x), and Exhibit 2.05-E 1, Facilities Design) <br />• Boundazies of any National Natural Landmazks, Designated Natural Areas, public pazks, <br />cultural or historical resources eligible for listing on the National Register of I-Tistoric Places, <br />or known archaeological sites (Not applicable). <br />PR04 2.10-1 Revised August 2000 <br />
