Mined Land Reclamation Boazd Permit Application
Deaz Mr. McGill:
The Mined Land Reclamation Boazd (Boazd) has directed the Division to remind applicants when they
have not posted the required financial warranty and/or the performance warranty by the 9a' month of
the application approval date.
As of the date of this notice, our records indicate that you have not posted the r~quired warranty for
your approved Mined Land Reclamation Boazd permit, file No. M-2002-004. If you do not post the
required warranty by August 21, 2003, (365 days from the date your application was approved) you
must be scheduled for a Formal Boazd Hearing according to the provisions of Rule 4.1(2). At that
hearing, the Board will reconsider the previous approval, which may include denial, and may require
you to comply with the public notice provisions and the public comment period for new applications.
