All review and discussion periods as provided in the Act <br />and the Rules ~ Regulations (as amended, effective July 1978) promulgated thereunder <br />initiate from this date of filing, unless you notify us by i <br />that you wish a later filing date, as per amended RULE 1.1(10 of the afo ementioned Rules <br />& Regulations. Any subsequent changes or <br />additions to the copies~on file in our offices must also be made in this local govt. copy. <br />THE STAFF IS CURRENTLY REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE ITEMS YOU HAVE <br />SUBMITTED ARE ADEQUATE IN TERMS OF MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ACT AND THE RULES b <br />REGULATIONS.
