The inspections were conducted on June 21 and June 22, 2006. Note that Ponds <br />B, C, D, E, F, and G, were not flowing during the inspection. Ponds 62 (Fish Creek <br />Tipple) and the four waste water treatment ponds were flowing during the inspections. <br />All discharge ponds were functional. Standard vegetation clearance, dredging, and <br />minor maintenance are planned for some sites during the summer of 2006 (see <br />comments on individual site reports). <br />This information is submitted in compliance with Twentymile Coal Company Permit <br />C-82-056 and Rule 4.05.6(13).
