The application is to mine sand and gravel. Although the gravel pit operation is adjacent <br />to anuttermittent stream, the applicant has stated that no ground water will be affected by the <br />operation. In addition, no water will be used in the operation. <br />We have no objection to approval of the application if no ground water is encountered.
