. III IIIIIIIIIIIII III <br />SEDIMENTATION POND 5 AS BUILT CERTIFICA'PION <br />This certification covers the Sedimentation Pond No. 5 as built construction. The <br />undersigned was not resent during construction of the pond and can not therefore <br />address any construction techniques. The attached certification drawing is based on a <br />survey completed during June 1998. The pond has been constructed to comply with the <br />design runoff capacity-and primary and emergency spillway specifications with regard to <br />diameter. Both s illwa sha slo a that is less than the 2% design ~ <br />specification. The pond in slopes aze generally in compliance with the es~gn criteria. <br />The 24" culvert inlet on the northeast corner of the pond requires repairing of the hole in <br />the top half of the culvert that may have been caused by equipment digging in the <br />vicinity. The inlet ditch on the northwest comer of the pond requires riprap to correct <br />existing and prevent fiuther erosion. A ditch with riprap lined inlet to the pond conveys <br />water from the shop area into Pond 5. <br />I William P. Balaz Jr., P.
