TMI's June 2004 DMRs were received by the Division, on October 4, 2004. The reports cover the
time period from June 1, 2004 through June 30, 2004. Trapper submits DMRs on a quarterly basis. A
telephone discussion with you this morning clarified that a one month, June 2004, report was submitted to
coordinate with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's issuance of the renewed
NPDES permit, CO-0032115, on June 1, 2004.
Two outfalls dischazged during June 2004. Outfalls 002 and 020 discharged during June 2004. No
reported parameters were found to be in excess of CPDS standards for either outfall.
Thank you for the timely submittal of these reports.
Sincerely,
_..
et B s
nviro en cote ion Specialist
C:/jhb/C81010/DMR's/June2004.doc
Cc: Dan Hernandez, DMG
Office of Office of Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Active and InaRive Mines Geological Survey
