3. Reclamation costs in Exhibit L do include the redistribution of the
topsoil stockpile.
6. Your assumption is correct that mining is not expected to extend to
the depth of the unweathered material.
9. We mentioned that a berm could be used for sediment control. However
that is not the intent. As stated, the soils condition is such that
we do not believe a berm is necessary.
10. No ponds are required for the asphalt plant. Any spills or leakage
will be immediately cleanedup to prevent possible contamination of
soils.
