Outfalls 003A, 022A. and 024A flowed during the period. No permit excursions were noted during this period. Outfall
003A and 022A flowed each week of the quarter. Outfall 024A flowed only during the week of August 11, and the week of
September 22.
Chronic Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing was performed at Outfalls 003X, 022X, and 024X during the quarter. WET tests
for 003X and 024X indicated no toxicity to either P. promelas (fathead minnow) or C. dubia. Note that testing for Outfall 022X
in June 2003 indicated effluent toxicity to P. promelas survival, but not to C. dubia survival. As a result accelerated testing
began the week of July 14'" (as agreed upon in a telephone conversation with Chris Gates), and a second accelerated test
was conducted the week of August 11th. The two consecutive accelerated bioassays indicated that the effluent was not
acutely toxic to P. promelas survival. Data entered on the WET test DMR for 022X represents the final accelerated test results
from the week of August 11'". Copies of the WET Test Report Forms are attached for each Outfall.
Outfalls 004A, 007A, 009A, 011A, 012A, 013A, 014A, 015A, 016A, 017A, 018A, 019A, 020A, 021 A, 023A, along with Site
3001, did not discharge during this period. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be
substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls, which did not discharge.
CERTIFICATION
I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and
based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is
true, accurate, and complete. / am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the
possibility of fine and imprisonment.
