Pond 002, 004 and 005 have been essentially dry during each visit. Pond 001 and 006 <br />held water during the year and the stored water was always dean when I inspected these <br />ponds. Gear water indifxtes to me that no signififxnt amount of sediment laden vrater had <br />entered the pond. My condusion is that the sediment storage volume of Pond 001, 002, 004 <br />and 005 have._not changed significantly and so I elected not to survey for volumetric. <br />Pond 007 is still under construction but preliminary surveys shows that we have storage <br />capadty in excess of the approved design that is in our anent permit. Once construction is <br />complete, t fully plan on surveying the entire Pond 007 for capadty and certification. I expect <br />Pond 007 survey to be conducted in the spring of 1998. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ross L.
