Specifically, Mr. Rogers requested that the <br />sediment pond inspections reflected in the quarterly report submitted to our office eazlier this month <br />be considered for both the second and third quarters of 1997. <br />The Division cannot accept one set of pond inspections for two quarters, as Rule 4.05.6(13) requires <br />ponds be inspected quarterly. We will therefore accept the most recent set of inspection materials <br />for the second quarter of 1997. Please be sure to conduct another set of inspections near, but not <br />after, the end of September 1997. We will consider those as meeting the requirement for the third <br />quarter of 1997.
