Note that
Outtall 001A did not discharge during the quarter until September 18~', continuing through the end of
September.
Outtall 002A did not flow during the month of July, flowed during the third and fourth full weeks in
August, and only during the first two weeks of September. Limited flow from 002A may be the result of
evaporation during the summer, and that TCC drained the first of three waste water receiving ponds in
order to dredge sludge from the pond during the summer. The first receiving pond has been slow to
refill, and is anticipated to reach former levels in October. 3001 flowed each week of the period. No
permit limitation exceedances occurred during this period.
A Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WETj test was collected for Outfall 001 W in September 2003. This
test indicated that the effluent was not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival. Copies of the WET
Test Report Form is attached.
Please contact me directly at (970) 870-2750 with any questions.
Brian A.
