Please understand that any changes, including changes to <br />the long term status of ponds, or changes which will impact water quality or <br />quantity in local hydrologic systems, must be approved by this Division prior <br />to implementation. <br />It appears that some of the plans proposed in the application may not be <br />viable, without concurrent approvals from the Mined land Reclamation <br />Division.
