Gttany <br />Division Director <br />CC• Dan Hernandez Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received RAG Empire Corporation's Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), for fourth <br />quarter 2003, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0034142, <br />on January 31, 2004. RAG-EC provided an electronically generated DMR for fourth quarter 2003. <br />Only two outfalls discharged during fourth quarter 2003; Outfalls 003A and 022A. None of the reported <br />parameters were found to be outside of CPDS permit limits. CPDS WET Tests for Outfalls 003x and <br />022x were both within acceptable limits.
