RE: Informal Conference, Don Kehn Construction, Inc., Timnath Pit,
File No. M-89-056.
Dear Mr. Hill:
I would like to inform you that, pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-115 of
the Mined Land Reclamation Act and Rule 2.3 of the Minerals Rules
and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, the
Division of Minerals and Geology has scheduled an informal
conference for the Timnath Pit Permit Application.
The conference will be held at the Division of Minerals and Geology
offices at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 on Tuesday, January 19,
1993 beginning at 9 A.M. The conference will be held because of
the complaint filed by Hill and Hill on behalf of the North Poudre
Irrigation Company.
