<br />KNOW ALL MEL7 BY THESE PRESENTS: That Dean A. Sc.hR~5~12~MATION DIVISION
<br />this 16th day of January, 1980, in consideration of the sum
<br />of Two Dollars ($2.00) and other good and sufficient consider-
<br />ation to myself in hand paid by Colorado Lien Company, a
<br />Colorado Corporation, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />does hereby assign, release, sell, convey and quit claim,
<br />and by these presents does hereby remise, release, sell, convey
<br />and quit claim unto Colorado Lien Comoany, a Colorado corporation,
<br />its heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
<br />claim and property of every nature whatsoever in and unto that
<br />certain Placer location described in the records of the Clerk
<br />and Recorder of the County of Garfield, Colorado, as recorded
<br />July 26, 1976 in Book 487, at Page 19 under Reception No. 273656
<br />and as recorded October 1, 1976 in Book 489, at Page 75 under
<br />Reception No. 274693, also known as Delta 2 & 1, respectively.
<br />In further consideration of this agreement, assignment,
<br />and conveyance, Colorado Lien Company does hereby covenant and
<br />agree to hold the grantor herein, Dean A. Schipper, harmless
<br />from any and all claims of whatsoever nature arising out of his
<br />heretofore undivided partial interest in the Placer Mining Claims
<br />as described in the two aforementioned recorded documents, which
<br />documents are incorporated herein by specific reference.
