It is the Board's understanding that the Act intends for the <br />application to be made available for public review and comment in a area <br />close to the mine. It is not intended that it be made a part of pu lic record <br />by recording. <br />The Board is tentatively Scheduled to consider this application on <br />November 14-15 1984.
