~~ <br /> <br />4.02 SIGNS AND MARKERS <br />iii ~iiiiiiiiiiu iii <br />sss Doc Date:12/11/2001 <br />Colowyo has posted and will maintain all signs and markers required <br />by this section. All of the signs are of uniform design and can be <br />easily seen or read. The signs are made either of metal or wood; <br />they are durable enough to withstand extreme climatic conditions <br />that are inherent at the operations. The signs conform with local <br />ordinances and codes. <br />Colowyo will maintain signs and markers during the conduct of all <br />activities to which they pertain. <br />4.02.2 Mine and Permit Identification Signs <br />Appropriate signs identifying the mine area are displayed at the <br />point of access to the permit area from Highway 13/789. These <br />signs indicate the name, business address, and telephone number of <br />Colowyo and identification numbers of mining and reclamation <br />permits. <br />• 4.02.3 Perimeter Markers <br />The perimeter of the permit area is clearly marked with metal signs <br />and/or wire fencing where appropriate. Additional markers include <br />steel fence posts painted orange or capped with PVC caps painted <br />orange. <br />4.02.4 Duration of Maintenance <br />Colowyo will maintain signs and markers throughout the life of the <br />operation or post new signs and markers as necessary. <br />4.02.5 Stream Buffer Zone Markers <br />All major operations near Good Spring Creek have ceased.
