Dear Sir:
Also accompaning this letter is other information
that you have requested which certainly you need
to examine to determine for sufficiency. I am
almost certain that you are going to need add-
itonal information.
We are going to secure photos of both areas, and
then perhaps you can understand better. Just try
to visualize at least one thing: There are no
pits at either location, and a beast would find
it impossible to fall in and fall down. There is
no water at the bottom of the excavation. The
water is pumped from about twenty-two feet where
after washing the sand, it falls to the side of
the arroyo, and then dribbles down to the sand
in the arroyo. There is no sludge developed as
you would know, a~7d only organic materials are
washed from the sand as you know. Only, only, by
washing is the land dissolved from the sand, and
makes the sand suitable for concrete. Otherwise,
it will not meet State or Federal specs. No other
person including Victor Sandoval could sell unwashed
sand when processed sand is so cheap. There is no
commercial demand for unwashed sand.
I have not received the affidavits from newspaer as
is required. Thus, I request a continuance until
January, next year.
