These comments are in addition to the Division of Mining, Reclamation and <br />Safety (Division) completeness comments dated November 22, 2006. The decision date for your <br />application is scheduled for December 7, 2006. Therefore, I would appreciate a response to these <br />comments from you as soon as possible. Any comments from noticed agencies that we receive on <br />the Flatiron Constructors, Inc. (Applicant) application during the interim will be forwarded to you. <br />Please be advised that your reclamation permit application maybe deemed inadequate and will be <br />denied on December 7, 2006 unless the following adequacy review items are addressed to the <br />satisfaction of the Division. Are existing access roads included in the permit area of proposed mine? The permit <br />application does not make this clear. If the existing roads aze significantly upgraded for <br />the purposes of accessing the proposed mine site, they will need to be included in the <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Active and InaRive Mines <br />
