These items are described in the following narrative. <br />Proof of Publishing Public Notice. Enclosed you will find a xerox copy of the required <br />public notice which has been published for the past two weeks in the Legal Section of the <br />Steamboat Pilot newspaper. Please observe that this public notice will be published for <br />a period of four weeks as required by your regulations. <br />Recorder. Enclosed is a receipt obtained from the office of the Routt County Clerk and <br />Recorder documenting that they received a copy of the permit application as required by <br />your regulations. <br />Commissioners. Enclosed is a receipt obtained from the office of the Routt County <br />Board of Commissioners documenting that they received a copy of the permit application <br />as required by your regulations. <br />District. Enclosed is a signed return receipt mail slip documenting that this <br />application was received in the offices of the Board of Supervisors of the Routt <br />Soil Conservation District. <br />It is our understanding that with this documentation, you will be able to deem this permit <br />application complete and initiate processing of this request.
