Trapper Mine's Annual Report for 1995 is composed of seven sections. Section 1.0 reports 1995
reclamation activity as specified in Section 2.04.13 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
Regulations for Coal Mining. All appropriate maps are enclosed.
Section 2.0 is the Annual Hydrology Report and is composed of eight subsections.

Section 3.0 is a report on Trapper's drainage reconstruction efforts 1987-1995. It consists of a rtazra-
tive segment describing our reconstruction methods and results 'as well as a.map showing' ,the,'.loca- ~
