Medium is a middle position, More then to little and <br />less then to much. Topsoil is the only medium in <br />which plant growth can flourish. <br />2. Yes / I have sent a drawing of the ponds for your <br />information and I will explain, the total dimensions <br />will be 95'ft. wide 170'long and 5' deep. <br />Construction will be sand and rock packed and rolled. <br />Vinyl 5 mil. thick Mfg. Plytex <br />6. I have contacted Colorado Dept. of Health and I have <br />been working with a Pat Nelson <br />7. Boundaries will be marked and sign has been made. <br />8. 1500 cubic yds of gravel for the ponds there is no <br />topsoil or overburden and to reclaim will take 1600 <br />cubic yds. <br />9. Timetable will start mining approx. June of 1992 <br />end mining late Sept. 1992 start reclamation late <br />Sept. end reclamation 1st or 2nd week of Dct. 1992 <br />continue this phase to Sept. 1995 then do a total <br />major reclamation affective area ponds, pit, etc. <br />reclamation <br />L J~.,e, <br />
