Also
attached is Exhibit G, which is a legal description of the land subject to the
Wildlife Mitigation Plan. As you pointed out, Planning Area 8 is excepted out of
the Wildlife Mitigation Plan however, the mine site is not in Planning Area 8. A
map is attached showing Planning Area 8 in relationship to the mine site.
The Colorado Division of Wildlife (CDOW) has approved the Wildlife Mitigation
Plan, and we are looking for documentation to that effect. Granby Ranch has a
call in to CDOW and Paul Timmons, attorney for Granby Ranch at Holme,
Roberts, Owen, has informed me that CDOW has indeed approved the plan. You
can call CDOW and see if you can confirm this.
Hopefully we can receive permit approval on or before January 23, 2007. Please
call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~C~~C~~
Paul Banks 'Peanit ,t.-2oo6.Ot5" Confidential?No
Class pEJ~ie tT Type Seq
Attachments MV# N+4 Inspection D to NA
Doc Date (if no date stamp) ///9~7
Doc Name f.~~Lpu6r: sr/rt~f~if/6A-7/ui/ dc.¢
CC: Richard Migchelbrink From DRMS/Other a,4,v~lrj ~n [,~So
Lance Badger To DRMS/Other Y~2a~5
