Acreage mined/year based on the life of the mine should be corrected <br />to reflect a more accurate mining plan progression. <br />4. Stockout locations for topsoil and overburden must be located in <br />areas disturbed after July 1, 1976, which are within the affected <br />area. Add a statement concerning stockpiling of overburden. <br />5. Replacement of topsoil over the pit sites should be changed from <br />an average depths or approximate depths. <br />6. "Revegetation Guideline for Surface t~tined Areas" or other Plined <br />Land Reclamation Board approved practices. Seeding mixtures and <br />methods of seeding shall conform to guidelines specified in <br />pertinent sections (p.p. 3 - 13 inclusive and p. p. 50 - 53 <br />inclusive). <br />7. Add the statement that equipment utilized in the mining portion of <br />operations will also be utilized in reclamation processes. <br />8. The area to be reclaimed should be specified. <br />9. Topsoil stockpiles must be stabilized to prevent wind and water <br />erosion. <br />10. Haul road into the affected or permit area should be indicated on <br />Exhibit C-3. <br />
