Box 2240 <br />Grand Junction, CO 82502 <br />Gentlemen: <br />This is confirming notice, for record, that on February 10, 2977, you <br />were awarded the contract. for the construction of Colorado Project BRF 050-Z(7), <br />Point Creek-North of Delta, on the basis of the bid as submitted. <br />At the Award Conference held on February I0, 2977, at 2:00 p.m., the <br />following people were present: Messrs. Peterson, Capron, Godfrey, Moston, <br />Rutz, and Enger. <br />The work will be started about February 28, 2977, and the allowable <br />contract time will commence on February 28, 2977, as per Specification 208,06. <br />However, no work will begin until receipt by the Division of Highways of the <br />fully executed contract and bond. <br />A Preconstruction Conference will be held on February 18, 1977, at Z0: 00 a.m. <br />in the Montrose Office. <br />Mr. F.
