Mr. DiRezza has agreed to reclaim all pre-exis ing dis- <br />turbance within the boundaries of the designated a res as <br />shown in Exhibit C-3. Of course he also agrees to reclaim <br />any additional disturbance his mining operation wi 1 incur <br />in the designated area. All reclamation will be d ne in <br />accordance with Exhibit E, Reclamation Plan. <br />2. Believe me, there is more than enough waste ma erial for <br />backfilling requirements on the perimeter slopes. It was <br />because of excessive spoil piles dating back 80 ye rs, that <br />we wanted to avoid the obligation to reclaim the p e-existing <br />condition iT~ the first place. But that is resolve in Item 1 <br />above. <br />3. No comment. <br />Exhibit D <br />1. No brush piles will be established because the <br />be reclaimed Lor pasture. <br />Exhibit E <br />1.
