Howover since its unlikely the <br />DMG will do that, I urged you to look closely at gravel pit sites 2, 4, 7 <br />and the plant, vv1»ch is in a iloodplailt (rated zone A4). I can remember <br />seeing flood waters iit that Brea at least 3 titncs in the time I have lived here. <br />Also if the National Park Service carries out it plan to flood the Gunnison <br />River I think there will be problems at site 2 a~td Inaybe sites 4 c~ 7. Even in <br />the permit it talks about how in high water years some of the sites near the <br />ricer ntiglt't be affected. <br />The DMG says under its program mission (Goals}, one is to aid in tho <br />protection of wildlife and aquatic resources, Sites 2,4, and 7 arc in the heart <br />of a ripai7an area and near the wetlands.
