Long <br />Otis, CO 80743 Division Director <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application, Hayes Pit, File No. M-98-065 <br />Dear Mr. Kuntz: <br />On August 3, 1998, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your l ] 0 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />application for the Hayes Pit, which is located in Washington County. All comment and review periods began on August <br />3, 1998. The decision date for your application is scheduled for September 2, 1998. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice to all <br />owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the <br />affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as <br />Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. <br />Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the public review <br />copy which has been placed with the Washington County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act.
